Lately, I’ve been wondering — why does it always feel like we’re running behind?
Morning rush, school drop-offs, work, dinner, bedtime… and somewhere in between, we’re supposed to “enjoy the little moments.”
I try — I really do. But sometimes I blink, and the day’s gone. My son’s already taller, my to-do list’s still untouched, and my coffee’s cold for the third time.
Does anyone else feel like life’s on fast-forward?
How do you all slow down and actually feel present — not just go through the motions?
